RENTAL
TERMS & CONDITIONS

Rental rates are for one 24-hour period or one day's use. Additional usage and days will be billed at ½ the regular rate. Under most circumstances, equipment rented for a Saturday or Sunday function can be picked up on Friday and will be due in the following Monday for the one day rental charge. Rates are subject to change without notice. A deposit of 25% of the total anticipated rental is required to confirm a reservation and the balance is due before equipment is delivered to you. Cancellations must be made two weeks in advance of order date or deposit will not be refunded. Credit will be given if the event is rescheduled. All of our items have been cleaned and packaged for your protection and are ready for immediate use. China, silver, utensils, etc. must be returned clean and repacked in boxes. With the exception of linens, we are not allowed to accept soiled items. However, linens should be food free and dry when returned to us. We charge a replacement fee for missing, damaged or broken items. Security is your responsibility! Equipment must be protected from disappearance and weather related damage while in your possession. A security deposit of 25% of the rental (minimum $25) is required before pick-up or delivery of rental equipment. This amount will be returned to you after equipment is returned and counted. Delivery and pick-up service is available at a reasonable fee, as explained under 'Delivery Charge.' Our delivery personnel are instructed to neatly stack all items in a mutually convenient place. At time of pick-up, all equipment should be repacked in the containers provided and tables and chairs should be stacked on pallets or dollies as received and in the same area as delivered. Home consultations (no cost, no obligation) are available by appointment. Tents prices include delivery and set-up in the Wilmington area. Weekly and commercial rates are available.
